In February 2015, I made a bad move by playing tennis and I twisted my back. After a visit to the doctor, it is envisaged possible herniated disc and three months later I am still waiting for an appointment for an MRI to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I had crossed back, I had difficulty moving and pain woke me at night. I tried anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxants, Advil, Tylenol, aspirin, relieved me nothing. I finally consulted Connie, a real Chinese massage therapist; she really relieved me and gave me my back! After some 5-6 sessions of intense massage, back spasm released and was able to start doing activities and even play tennis! I remain still with a certain fragility and when I workout or I work on my land, I still have a hip belt that supports the small of my back and keeps heat.

Beyond the massage, I often tell Connie that it has sensors at your fingertips to find the pain points!

Connie includes the human body, energy, adequate enlignement tendons, ligaments and nerves. As it is also naturopath and acupuncturist, she chooses the most appropriate technique to put in the right lines, reduce inflammation and soothe the pain we feel.

Connie I highly recommend to anyone who suffers from temporary or chronic pain! In addition to its great ability to improve our well-being, it is an exceptional human being, empathetic, friendly, a great serenity, generous and devoted!

Connie thank you for being in my way!
